Ya recently i stop painting and concentrate more on digital . Cos i run out of oil >< and they are costly..

Ya u can start today oil paint by attending sch first cos in this case if you're painting at home. you might be lost. eg. not sure what to buy and what to use. After attending classes. you'll have a better understanding of those tools and from there u can go as far as u wan =)
U're still quite young. there' s still alot of opportunity for u. good luck to u too
